If your bank holds you liable, My Golf ProShop will cover your liability up to $50 provided that the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at My Golf ProShop while using the secure server.

A. My Golf ProShop has designed three easy methods for you to search our site. You may use the search tool, search by category from a quick-pick drop down or if you know what you want you may want to browse a complete detailed category listing of our whole superstore.

Q. Credit Card Safety.

A. Shopping at My Golf ProShop is safe and guaranteed. Because we use a secure server, not one of our customers has ever reported fraudulent use of a credit card as a result of purchases made at My Golf ProShop.

Q. How We Protect You.

A. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.

Q. Check Out.

A. When you are ready to Check Out with My Golf ProShop you will find checkout buttons on the footer of every page as well as the top of all product pages. First, select your shipping method and your payment type and click the FINALIZE THIS ORDER button. Next, review Your products and make sure they are correct. Then complete the Shipping Address information. You must complete all the address and other information fields correctly or you will receive an error message and the option to fix your errors. Now enter all your credit card information on OUR SECURE SERVER. Then click PROCEED. Now your order is complete! Q. Confirmation & Receipt.

A. You will receive an e-mail Order Confirmation containing your Order number, Shipping Info and items purchased. If you have problems with your order have your order number handy and call 800-505-1719.

Q. Payment Options.

A.My Golf ProShop now accepts Visa and Master Card.

Q. Availability of Product.

A.bettergolftoday.com carries thousands of products in our online superstore. We offer the largest selection of UNIQUE golfing gifts on the web. Due to our vast product line we cannot stock all of our products. Large orders may take two to three weeks to deliver to you depending on the product you have ordered and your geographic location.

Q. Back Order Policies.

A.If items on your order are back ordered we will contact you via e-mail with your partial order options.

Q. International Visitors.

A.We currently ship international orders using the UPS. Orders shipped generally take up to 4 weeks. Shipping charges for International orders are calculated based upon the current UPS rates.

Q. A Few Important Notes.

A.This guarantee only applies to credit card purchases made using My Golf ProShop’s secure server. This guarantee covers a maximum liability of $50. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with their written policies.

Q. Return Policy.

A.Returns Accepted up to 30 days from shipping date in original unused condition. Gift items in original condition may be returned. Books, cd’s, software, video games, and videos shrink wrapped and in original condition can be returned. Opened cd’s, software, video games, videos and golf clubs that may be defective can be returned for same item only. You must email us for an RA number and ship via trackable means (Fed Ex. UPS or USPS Priority). Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will not accept returns that were customized, i.e., length of shaft, grip size other than standard, etc.
